SUSTAINABILITY

The bulk of Gala Tiles’ production is ceramic material, consisting of natural clays and kaolins. All details regarding the details of the materials and methods used in the production process are carefully studied, systematically applying sustainable measures.   

The will to reduce the impact on our habitat is our main commitment to the environment and comes into being with measures in accordance with circular economy, the improvement of energy efficiency, the reduction of material consumption, and the reuse of natural resources such as water, with the implementation of measures that go beyond current legislation.  

The use of technologies to reutilize surplus heat from our kilns allows us to allocate this energy to other processes such as pressing and to reduce energy consumption and emissions. In addition, we have also reduced our use of water resources, with new waterless filtering systems and total recycling of wastewater.
